I didn't get around to checking my private messages until recently.  I realized that I had been selected as a winner of one of the gift cards.  However, after filling out the webform, I was not emailed about receiving my gift card.  It didn't mention anywhere that I was required to fill out the webform by a certain date, and the webform was still active. @gpech The winners have not been announced yet. The contest rules for each contest state how the winner will be contacted. But I suspect it will be through email (or social media, if that was used for the contest), and not by phone.

If you have voicemail set up, any caller (PM included) will be able to leave you a voicemail if they need you to return the call.

I'm answering on behalf of Jeremy because he's our main community manager right now, and he likely might be caught up addressing customers' service problems, so I figured I'd chip in and give you whatever information I can.

What I love about the holidays is the reason it gives me to splurge in more ways than one. That includes eating and drinking my heart out and forgetting all my new year's resolutions until the next year's.  I also love at the same time the true Xmas spirit I feel, to forget myself and give, give, give ... and forgive, all the feet that trampled upon me during the year. The Xmas holidays can bring out the best AND worst in me, and I love that.
