We wanted to give everyone a heads up that Activation Portal will not be available during the following maintenance window:
January 15, 2023, 00:00 ET – 11:00 ET
During this time, you will be unable to activate SIM cards. If you try to activate your SIM card during the maintenance period, you will receive an error message. Please return to activate once maintenance is complete.

Any chance they will be fixing the account pin# glitch while they are in there? I confirmed this morning that 8 out of 9 accounts I have activated since July 13th 2022 do not recognize the account pin# chosen at activation? The 9th account hasn't had an issue yet? But I would be willing to bet it......?
