Important Reminder for Our Community Members

Hey Community, 

 

As you know, our community is a place for meaningful and respectful interactions among our customers, and we strive to make it a safe and positive environment for everyone. We appreciate your contributions and support in helping support one another, and customers seeking resolution to their issues.

 

As a reminder, our community has set conditions and rules that all members must follow. These guidelines are in place to ensure that the community remains a helpful and supportive space for everyone. We encourage all members to review our community guidelines regularly to stay updated on any changes or updates.

 

Important: effective today, in the event that a member violates the community guidelines, we will issue a warning as a first step. However, if a member continues to breach the community's conditions or rules after the first warning, we will remove the member from our community rewards program indefinitely. Any instances of these activities will result in the removal of content or permanent ban: 

 

  • Racism, bigotry, or hatred towards any group or individual
  • Threats of physical harm against any group or individual
  • Harm to minors
  • Harassment of another person
  • Solicitation of passwords, personal information, funds, goods/services
  • Advertising of other services for personal gain (including referral codes)
  • Impersonation of a person or business, including Public Mobile or our employees and agents
  • Aggressiveness or insults directed at a group or individual
  • Profanity or an attempt at by-passing profanity filters

We understand that everyone makes mistakes and may not always be aware of community guidelines. However, repeated violations of our community's conditions and rules are not acceptable and may negatively impact other members' experience within our community.

 

We value our community members' contributions and want to ensure that everyone has a positive and supportive experience when participating in our online community. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to our community guidelines.
