Service and Data not working on IPhone 6+

I have used methods I've seen online like resetting network settings, turning airplane mode on and off, etc. Resetting network settings worked twice, but after an hour or so it goes back to "Searching...".

Data not working

I upgraded my plan recently and since, my data has not worked. I reset the phone, reset my network settings, removed sim card and put it back in checked the APN settings and everything else google suggested. Nothing is working.
