APN settings are good can no longer send or receive pictures just says sending pictures.... And don't get any either through MMS...

The other day I changed my plan to take advantage of the new 4gigs per month offer. I am set to autopay, my plan renews on the 5th of this month. After this change I lost service for some reason. Can someone help. Just says no service cannot find pub...
