Phone isn't working and can't access account

Payment made today but not applied,and I can't access my account,haven't been able to since I got the phone card a year ago,can someone please help

I tried that when I got the card last year but it never let me access. It from day one, I just made payments with the vouchers and haven't had a problem until now
