Tried logging into my account and it said password was invalid and locked the account. I tried a password reset and it said my account was locked out. I waited over an hour and tried the password reset function again buit it give s a weird message....

I get this screen when I want to reset my passwords and can do nothing on that screen after that

Visual voicemail is not active. Moderators have been. Looking into this and I’ve tried several things. They are now padding g the problem over to their tech team Thanks for your suggestion
