"It doesn't matter, all phones are required to be unlocked (meaning not bound to carrier) if you paid full price for the phone. If the phone is $79, and you paid $79+tax, you own the phone, the place you bought from Bell, TELUS, etc. cannot make you...

@nuttygamer I want to pay full price( $79 for ZTE Blade A3 L), that is the only option with Lucky Mobile .Did you buy your phone from Lucky Mobile outright and it work with PM?
