I referred both my mother and stepdad to public mobile... but only one $10 credit came to my account. Not sure if that is normal? I thought I got $10 per referral? Thanks.

Tried iMessage it worked... then tried forcing SMS... and then figured out I needed to add in the whole area code as well into the number... that seems to have worked... so that might've been my issue. Though I wasn't able to received 2FA SMS message...
