My Cellphone started to receive text messages back out of nowhere but great !

Thx but i already did that I tried Restarting the phoneTaking out the sim card for 15 minReset my APN settingsChanging PhonesDoing the lost your phone thing Still no sucess, i hate considering leaving PM but if I can't get texted or get called by Tom...

I tried every trick in the book including restarting the phone multiple times but thanks ! 

Tried all the tricks still having the issue

I Can't receive any text messages but i can send them, i have a 40$ plan and this issue started at the same time as the others.
