Hello I'm unable to text or call. My status says active, my plan doesn't expire until June. I've tried removing SIM, resetting my APN. Becoming very irritated.
I'm also having this issue! It's been a few days since I've had service. I've been waiting for a message from admin to help me solve the issue. I'm getting really frustrated with the public mobile and am STRONGLY considering switching companies
I'm having a similar issue, I'm unable to use my phone. It's been over 48 hours since I've had service. I've tried everything to no avail. Very close to switching companies if my issue isn't resolved soon!!!!
I have the $30 plan, province wide calling, unlimited texts.I however can't use any of it right now. It's been over 36 hours since I've had service and hoping to get it resolved soon.
