Hi there, If you mean bringing your number from another carrier, or "porting" you number, it can take up to 24h as long as your number is able to be ported. Mine didn't take long at all, maybe a half an hour.
Hi, do you mean to unlock the phone? If you are currently with another provider, where you got the phone from, call them and ask for the unlock code. They can no longer charge you for this service.
