for what its worth i finally got my issue sorted out (1.5 days out)removed payment method, removed auto pay, cleared cache, entered new payment method with a defined amount of $saccount is now unlocked and usable.

Its now the 26th and the issues seems to be on-going. Could you please provide an update?
