Why is my phone suspended although I already paid my bill 12 days ago April 11th, 2019. I never had this issue before and I have been with this company for years. How do I get back my money or turn my phone back on. Thank you.

Same thing happened to me and I email the Community Moderator and speak with Rod who did an excellent job and got my phone back on right away.
