I purchased the first 10 day us talk plan and it has just expired. Want to purchase another 10 day plan but it does not show up on the list of plans to purchase.
Just signed up a few days ago. Had TELUS before. Same phone, iphone7. Very poor sound quality on outgoing calls. So bad people can’t understand me. Serious problem when I can’t use my phone.
Thanks this information was not easy to find. So now I purchased the add on today but it is not working. It is listed under the my add on page but does not show up on the overview page. Tried restarting phone and still doesn't work.
Did some troubleshooting. Tried calling using speakerphone and call was much better. Also took my case off and sound quality was much better. Put my case on my friends phone that was the same type. He now had the same problem I had. Obviously a prob...
