I recently purchased a "BLACKVIEW A60 PRO-DUAL SIM". I was told that it was compatible, for use in CANADA/MEXICO. When I placed my SIM card in, it showed up: TELUS and gave my phone number, but there is no network connection..Can you help me to solve...
