We had a plan that cost $24.86 per month. We decided to increase our data, and requested that. We were then charged $39.55, and then $39.55.  These 3 charges were all within 3 days. We would like a refund. 
So I just landed in SAN Francisco. I have the $40 plan which I thought gave me international texting. I bought add ons for calling and for data as well. As soon as I landed I went to send a text and was notified that texting was not part of my plan. ...
Does anyone know what frequency Public Mobile uses?
I have a fairly weak signal at my cottage (either nothing or 1 bar in some spots).  Is there anything I can do or buy to have a better signal withe my Public Mobile service?
