How to change payment method

Have the same issue. Tried 3 days in a row, and site will not process. All other site functions work, but Manage Payment just locks

Yes all same.Was able to complete the change via the app. Computer still would not work, so problem is in the software in older desktops I guess

already waited the 24 hrs for 3 days in a row.. get to the Manage Payment, and get the "welcome - your request is being processed" then times out. Also, when trying to open chat get -Something went wrong
