I tried to update my debit card info, site keeps saying unable to process, try again later. Been trying for a week now. Many others seem to be having the same proble. What's going on?
No, I still can't update as it still says unable to process. I also wanted to buy a different plan to get more data, can't do that either. Very frustrating, going to change providers.
