I cannot place calls or receive calls. My subscription is current. I have done all troubleshooting suggestions. How do I regain my service please? Or is there currently an outage near Forestburg Alberta?

Looks like there has been some cable damage in Halkirk Alberta which is about 28 mins from my location. I googled and it may affect my cell service
