you cannot do online switch, as it requires the 32 digit EID to enable the esim.not esim compatible = no online switchalso the agents in telus koodo stores are clueless 

double check that your eid is correct, dial *#06# to display it, if you dont see the 32 digit eid then your phone is not capable for esim

im disappointed for sure, offer to migrate to koodo postpaid plan that has double my current PM plan and offering a new phone as well. i went into the pm app to do the switch and ran into 2 problems.1, my phone is a samsung s10 that does not support ...

there should be a tracking number for the card. get the number and contact shipper(fedex, purilator...)

does your device support esim? i just found out that my s10 doesnt.
