Selected eSIM but later it showed that my phone is not eSIM compatible, I bought the physical SIM but now I can't activate it! doesn't show the option anywhere!

Strange that it doesn't show my ticket or the private message anywhere, but I wrote down the ticket number. Is this normal ?
