I have a new galaxy A57, I have subscribed to plan. I checked imei number and your site said for will work with eSIM, but when I scan the QR code to get started I get message on phone code invalid or already used!
I can’t get past this point on the new phone. Connected to wifi and it won’t let me get to google store to download the app. I need a new QR code emailed to me. Phone won’t go past ‘connect to a provider’ screen.
