Not able to receive calls. People calling me get a call cannot be completed at this time. I can call out, send and receive text and data works.Only Incoming calls do not work. I have an esim activated a few days ago.

Hi this was a new activation with a new nunber. Incoming calls tested fine when first activated but not working now.Did submit ticket so hopefully they have a solution. Thanks for the suggestion.
