Callers leave messages in my voicemail, but I am unable to receive them.It seems that my voicemail messages are not saved.I can dial in to voicemail, navigate menus, but there is no messages.
I tried to place a call to 844 number from 514 area.I received the message that I don't hava an active long distance addon. I should not reqire one. Could you help me understand why this is happening?
