Well posted a complaints back this September on the forum and gotten no resolutions or replies to Private Message, I think there is still bugs in the system. But other than that Public Mobile offers great plan and prices..they everybody else beat and...
Unfortunately you won't be able to speak to any PM support any time soon, right now they just don't offer that service. May I suggest is to deactivate or close your acount and re-register as a new customer...I hope this helps
