Hello everyone, I unfortunatly am going to be closing down my PM account, and moving over to a comped work phone with Rogers. I have been asked by my employer to get a 'Transfer of responsibility' from my current provider, along with a Transaction ID...
I can't remember my password, and the recovery question i can't seem to get correctly either. I'm still in possession of my phone, sim, etc. What are my next steps?
