how do i resolve this the amount have been transferred but i have no service
reactivate a sim card that i was using 7 days ago

i was using a sim card from public mobile then i ported my number to lucky mobile but now i want to port back to public mobile whats the process can i reactivate my old sim card that was functional 7 days ago or i must buy a new sim card
