I am in BC and my phone worked normally for the last few years. Problems started a week ago.

I am connected to PM network, and did reboot first.

Yes phone calls only. Samsung S20 5G.I was disconnected from mobile network, then reset. Reconnected to mobile network, but lost wifi connectivity, so reconnected that again.Still can't phone out.
