Hello @NDesai - no worries - i did my search the 'change sim' is under the account's holder - you then new to go to 'plan and add-on' - then shows 'change sim' - working on it now - hope all goes well! thank you

Hi @wetcoaster - Thank you. Yes, the current SIM she has is older version and indeed does not find into the new phone she would like to put SIM into - tried it many many times - and was told she needs the new SIM as current SIM size does not work at ...
