The issue finally got resolved. They changed my account to use IPv4 instead of IPv6 because wechat still uses IPv4. You may submit a ticket by referring to my ticket #000000012171053. Good luck!
Hi MarkZH,I also think this issue is related to public mobile. I didn't have this issue before I switched to public mobile from other provider. Wechat also works well with WIFI.May I know if your issue is resolved?Thanks.
