Hello, I seem to have data but when you call my number it goes straight to voicemail. I can't send or receive text messages. I initiated the transfer about 10 hours ago. Please help.

Resetting the network settings didn't seem to have an effect unfortunately

The voicemail has been the old one from Virgin mobile

Yes I did reply YES within minutes of receiving the text from Virgin Mobile. I have an esim with virgin so I didn't take anything out.
