Payment processed and no service 

Request a fix

Please submit a ticket for customer service thank you because my payment went through and everything is good on my end and still no service this has happened before and it's on public mobile end to fix every month this happens 

Can I get a call back as my phone is active and I did what was recommended and it's still not working
