Cannot receive an OTP code

Hi,I switched to a new phone. The app asks me to provide an OTP from my number; however, I have reset my old phone. How can I receive the OTP code ? Can you set it to my email, so I can receive the code

Not the community account, it's happenning when logging into the public mobile app. There is no EMAIL option
