Account was charged twice during activation

Went through the activation process last night. thing seemed to have gone well but somehow my bank account was debited twice but my public account does not reflect the same

Yes correct. Signed up for 50% off $40 was charged $22 +$22(incl tax).I've submitted a ticket so now its's just a waiting game.
