If I let the account go into suspension for 2 months and reactivate it later, will I permanently lose my “50% off for 24 months” promotion?

sorry just saw this. I restarted my phone and it then worked.

yes, I was activating a physical sim, and always stuck at the last step (step 6), and it just keeps saying subscription not activated after picking a new number.
