Hi,I’m trying to activate my eSim transferring from PhoneBox to PM. However, my account number is 8+ digits which isn’t accepted by PM. Using the IMEI doesn't help either. howe can I resolved this issue? thanks!
I bought the subscription yesterday during the flash sale and had issues activating the subscription. Now that i’m back it’s not giving me the same offer altough payment went through how can it get same offer at checkout?
