Hi, when I trasfer my number to Public.I was told by text that the IMEI number is not correct, and my tranfer could not be completed.Now how can I re-intiative the transfer process?Thanks.

thank you all.i was transferring my fizz and their account number looks weird (does not have the correct digit). That's y I used IMEI number.
