Hi, it’s different on another household members line it has the 50% off in their plan details so I’m suspecting there might be a discrepancy 

Hello Teami activated the 50% plan last week and note that my subscription still does not have the 50% off for 24 months. I did however received my refund of 20$. Will this be fixed? 

Was setting up new 20$ 60gb plan but when I got into the app it’s asked me to resubscribe cause the payment failed. I was charged 20$ + tax two times. Now it says I’m on the 40$ plan and 40$ is due next month. My other household member also subscribe...

hi but another house hold member it has the 50% discount on the plan details but mine only has the full price - please advise
