MayI have a offline support in your store? I am frustrated because I have deleted my previous telusesim card too， I have no card to use tomorrow

I have re buy it and it shows fail to activate again. and the esim card is now in settings，cellular，I restart the iphone， but there is no signal，no data， only SOS service ，what should I do 

Sorry i thought it failed so i have deleted all the esim in my iPhone, and i have to reinstall it with the new qr code because i think the old one has been expired
