HI, I'm gonna be flying to Switzerland and Austria next week and would like to use my phone over there. What add on do I have to buy?

I would like to purchase the $8 add on for USA roaming unlimited talk (10 days). I have a few question though before I buy it:-Does it cover local calls in USA only? Or can u also call to Canada for free?-Do u keep ure Canadian number?-And if someone...
