Ran out of Data in the US - I need to update ASAP not until the 10 days.

Hello, my husband is working in the states and has run out of his data plan. He is not able to load a new data plan until the 10 days is up. He needs the data ASAP. If someone can help me out that would be greatly appreciated.

He already did an add on last week and went to go do it today as he ran out and it said he’s unable to because he has to wait the ten day period?
