Have a secong phone with new sim card and created a new e mail but it wont let me activate . Wants me to download public mobile but i already have it on my computer for the first account. This phone is for my wife.
Its a throughaway phone for emergency only and have allready paid for basic acount. Cant download to her phone. Can i activate this sim on another android phoneThanks
