Is there an advisor or someone I can talk with that is able to help me with this issue?

I have tried to get an eSIM but the public mobile app does not have an option for eSIM and my new phone cannot take a physical SIM card. Is there anyway around this?

 I have lost my old phone and need to port the number to bell but cannot access my account without the verification through the lost phone.
