Cell service that used to great on Salt Spring Island is now awful. Service cuts out constantly.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. My A 52 Samsung has always worked well on Salt Spring. Now calls constantly cut out. We cannot rely on the service in case of an emergency. So weird.

Thanks for this - I checked the IMEI and it is functional. I just cannot set the phone to anything but LTE or 5G perferred
