i am having a problem with my payments from public not taking any remainding balance left on my account and jsut charging my card. is there any way to fix this so that money is not left unused??

What happens if you've made the change to your plan to take effect the day your plan is supposed to renew but you won't have sufficient funds to cover the new plan until the next day?
