Can anyone tell me why my loyalty awards were not applied to my December bill? I’ve been a customer for almost a year and this is the first time I’ve had this problem.
My apologies, I should have written autopay and refer a friend rewards. They total $3.00 per month. I tried to copy/paste my account info but it didn’t work. Is there another way(iPhone)?
