How is it possible to send out a random text to Manitoba customers indicating an upcoming issue to talk plans and not have any follow-up information on their website? I have elderly parents and in-laws on affordable talk plans that are in panic mode...
That's an awesome idea @AE_Collector. I was under the impression that I had to keep the same $35 plan for the 2 months to get that second month free. That will definitely soften the blow if they claw back the 5GBs.Thank again.
