You can change the Sim on your account with a new one. You will get the $1 for the referal plus whatever offer is advertised.

If they are offering the $25 off that is what you will get you will not get both! The $10 is only when there are no other offers.

Just had Samsung unlock my Samsung S7 and they did it with no issues. You should have no problem getting a Samsung unlocked.

Public mobile does not supply the unlock code. You have to contact the original cell provider and give them the IMEI# and they will give you the unlock code. It is free in Canada I am not sure if it costs anything in the US.
