I am trying to transfer my old ph # from virgin plus to public and public app is asking for my old acct #.. my old acct# with virgin has 9 digits and app is saying it should be 13 and the number I entered is invalid.. Why?
It seems adding zeroes did help.. but still have to submit a ticket with GS_Agent after first unsuccessful attempt and after second attempt it worked..Thank you!
